The Agreement

By visiting this website, contacting us, or engaging Sacred Flourish Coaching & Wellness for coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and any related services.
Sacred Flourish provides life, spiritual, and leadership coaching. Coaching is a non-clinical, collaborative practice designed to help you clarify goals, strengthen self-awareness, and take meaningful action. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or religious counsel offered in the place of a pastor or ordained minister.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional, your physician, or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the United States.
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe and other payment methods listed on our Connect page. Specific pricing, packages, and refund expectations are confirmed during your initial conversation and in any written engagement agreement you sign.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed at the full session rate. Repeated no-shows may end the coaching relationship.
The content of coaching conversations is held in confidence as described in our Confidentiality Agreement. There are limited legal and ethical situations in which confidentiality may be broken, such as risk of harm, suspected abuse, or a court order. Those situations are listed in the Confidentiality Agreement.
Coaching may help you make significant progress, but outcomes depend on your effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantees about specific results, income, healing, restoration, or transformation.
All content on this website, including text, design, photography, video, logos, and any worksheets or materials provided during coaching, is the property of Sacred Flourish Coaching & Wellness unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish content without written permission.
This website may link to outside resources, including a podcast hosting platform for Boardrooms and Thrones. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Visit them at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sacred Flourish Coaching & Wellness and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from any coaching relationship. You agree that your sole remedy is to discontinue services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sacred Flourish Coaching & Wellness is established. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in good faith, and if unresolved, in the courts of that state.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
